Kindergarten students had a great deal of fun exploring the 5 senses; sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch. Students circulated through sensory activities, painted with textures, explored the effects of dripping colours in baking soda, squished soft, creamy shaving cream and made sensory bags with gel and food colouring.
Students also proved that they were risk takers when they identified various smells and then drew pictures to represent what they thought they had smelt.
In the Learning Hub, students travelled in pairs guiding each other over obstacles and through the sensory pathway. It was another great day of learning and experiencing all 5 senses.
