Raising Funds

Lower School Snack Sale Grade 5 students and the Degerloch Lower School Student Council organised a snack sale and raised 1300 Euros for the ISS Compassion Fund. A big thank you to the ISS Community for their ongoing support!

Japanese students participated in #ArtForPeaceInUkraine during Home and Family Language class. After talking about what “peace” means to them, they made Origami cranes, which represents peace in Japan, with Ukrainian colors. A House for the Mouse

Our partnership with the Stuttgart Opera and their outreach organization JOiN had Grades 1 and 2 traveling to JOiN’s (Junge Oper im Nord / Young Opera in the North) theatre to enjoy a finger puppet making workshop and interactive experience for the performance of a House for the Mouse / Ein Haus fur die Maus.

A Cause for Compassion

There is an immediate need to support the Ukrainian refugees currently in a quarantine center in Stuttgart.
