An Animal Observation. Eine Tierbeobachtung.

Grade 6 students on our Sindelfingen Campus had the task of observing an animal on the playground. For this endeavour, one student volunteered to bring in her dog Lily, a chocolate Labrador, to school!

Why, might you ask? The Grade 6 students will write their own fable in their English and German Language and Literature classes! This observation activity helped them to prepare for this assignment by asking themselves how the animal in action might think, feel, or see, just to name a few. Students have explored the global context of communication and how structures are used for a purpose.
