The U14 mixed team finished 2nd behind TV89 Zuffenhausen in the regular season as well as in the final four. This week we have dentists from the Health Authority (Gesundheitsamt) visiting our lower school students from Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 4 for the first time. The dental examination is a main part of the school health care and a must in German schools. That is a great way to remind students in a child-friendly way of the importance of oral health by demonstrating good toothbrushing techniques or explaining the effects of sugar in our daily food.
